BMI calculator
The Body Mass Index (BMI), or Quetelet index, is a statistical measure of body weight based on a person's weight and height. Though it does not actually measure the percentage of body fat, it is used to estimate a healthy body weight based on a person's height.

BMR Calculator
Basal metabolic rate (BMR), and the closely related resting metabolic rate (RMR), are the amount of energy expended while at rest in a neutrally temperate environment, in the post-absorptive state (meaning that the digestive system is inactive, which requires about twelve hours of fasting in humans).

Body mass calculator
Body composition – or lean body mass – describes the percentage of muscle in the human body. Because muscular tissue takes up less space in our body than fat tissue, our body composition, as well as our weight, determines leanness. Two people at the same height and same body weight may look completely different from each other because they have a different body composition.
